No job is too large or too small and we only provide Commercial EPC's, Display Energy Certificates and general energy efficiency advice.
Our qualified Commercial Energy Assessors operate within our stringent quality control procedures. This includes targets for service turn-around times.
We recognise the cost implications of the relatively new legal requirements for commercial EPC's and Display Energy Certificates and we will always strive to ensure that our fees are highly competitive. Costs vary dependent upon the size, type and complexity of each property.
ncea: national commercial energy assessors have the experience and expertise to ensure that we are able to offer a service that is second to none and to provide further tailored technical advice if our clients' expectations exceed the standard recommendations for improving the energy efficiency of their buildings contained in the Recommendations Report (Commercial EPC) or Advisory Report (Display Energy Certificate).
ncea: national commercial energy assessors is owned and managed by John Hearnshaw BSc (Hons) MRICS and Brian Lumb BSc MRICS, both of whom are Chartered Surveyors and RICS Accredited Commercial Energy Assessors (Level 4) with a combined total of more than fifty years experience in the commercial property industry.
